Keeping Prescott Clean and Beautiful
The City of Prescott, Arkansas, is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and attractive community for everyone. We understand that rising costs, increased bills due to the challenges of the summer heat have placed additional responsibilities on many families. However, it remains important that we all do our part to keep our properties clean and free of clutter. Those who are owners and may not live in Prescott still need to maintain their property, or it becomes an eye sore to the rest of that neighborhood. To the owners and renters of a house, your neighborhood is a representation of yourself. The lawn being overgrown invites unwanted critters and items stacking up equals unwanted house guest...snakes, rats, spiders, wasp, dirt divers, bee hives and etc....
A well-maintained community enhances neighborhood pride, protects property values, and creates a better environment for residents and visitors alike. We encourage all property owners and residents to take time to remove debris, mow overgrown lots and please don't leave it in the street, and properly dispose of unwanted items. The City offers services to pick up Class-4 items (old furniture, stove, refrigerators..etc) on Wednesdays. We also pick up leaves and brush if left in a pile by the road.
Together, we can continue making Prescott a community we are proud to call home.
Thank you for your cooperation and support
